Structural Design: Three structural types are available, featuring a tapered roller bearing support design with high radial load capacity, enabling direct drive of the working mechanism without the need for additional external bearings.
Pressure-Related: Intermittent working pressure refers to the maximum allowable inlet pressure, while continuous working pressure refers to the working pressure differential. Operation should not be conducted simultaneously at maximum speed and maximum pressure; The maximum allowable back pressure can reach 7 MPa, but for optimal lifespan and overall performance, it is recommended that back pressure does not exceed 5 MPa. If exceeded, it is advised to connect an external drain oil line. When connecting the drain line, ensure the motor remains fully filled with oil, and the drain line should have sufficient throttling to maintain a back pressure of over 3.5 bar.
Break-in requirements: The motor must undergo a break-in period before full-load operation. It is recommended to break in at less than 30% of the maximum operating pressure for 1 hour.
