This plunger pump model is a swashplate-type axial variable displacement pump suitable for closed-loop hydrostatic transmission. Its core operating parameters are as follows:

Nominal Pressure: 400 bar
Peak Pressure: 450 bar
Flow Characteristics: Flow is proportional to drive speed and displacement. Flow varies steplessly via swashplate angle. Flow increases linearly as swashplate angle increases from zero to maximum. Reversing swashplate angle beyond center changes flow direction.
Applicable Fluid Temperature: 30-90°C (Refer to parameters of same series models)
Key Performance & Structural Features
Structural Design: Features a dual relief valve protection system on the high-pressure oil side to prevent overload. Includes an internal makeup pump and makeup relief valve (limiting maximum makeup pressure). All models incorporate an internal pressure cutoff valve.
Variable Control Method: Supports multiple variable control methods, facilitating easy integration with regulation systems.
Bearing Configuration: Utilizes INA roller bearings, meeting FZG wear resistance grade 10 and hydraulic oil cleanliness NAS 1638 Class 8. (Refer to maintenance requirements for the same series)
